The Family know-how

The Noble Valley
Majestic hillside with steep slopes, facing South and South-East, the Zinnkoepflé dominates the picturesque and warm Valley names Vallis Praenobilis in the old texts.
Our hillsides we permit to harvest what the Alsace has of more rare : Great Wines, Late Vintages and Selection of Noble Grapes.
The Still
It's thanks to subtle bouquet of this grape

Zinnkoepflé and to our long
experience that born, after fermentation,
maceration, distillation and growing old, the Marc de Gewurztraminer.
